Hon. Adamu belongs to the Great Nigeria Peoples' Party and represents Dukku West of Bauchi State in the House of Representatives. He was born in 1945 and he is a muslim. He attended Dukku Primary School between 1952-57. A trader before coming into politics, Hon. Adamu has three wives and six children. He has visited Saudi Arabia and Niger Republic and his hobby is hunting.
