Central Sch ool, Ezeoke-Nsu, 1943-50; National High School, Arondizuogu, 1951-55 Manchester College of Commerce Manchester, England, 1960-62; Insti tute of Chartered Accountants in Eng land and Wales, London, 1962-66; Mr Uchegbu who holds F.C.A., A.C.I.S., qualifications, is a Chartered Account ant; He served as a teacher, 1956-58; Accounts Clerk, U.A.C. Motors Ltd. 1958-60; Commercial Auditor/- Accountant in an international firm of Chartered Accountants based in Lagos, 1966-72; and Financial Director, J.L. Morison, Son and Jones (Nigeria) Limited, Lagos, 1972-79; He is mar ried and has seven children; His philo sophy is "service to humanity and the rediscovery of the dignity of man."
