(NPP) was born in Agbogugu in Awgu Local Government Area in 1940 and repre sents Awgu North Constituency. After his primary school education at St. John's School, Agbogugu, he went to St. Joseph's College, Emene. He has the Teachers Grade II Certificate and was promoted Trade Grade I after he obtained papers in G.C.E. Ordinary and Advanced levels. Hon. Udeani was for many years the Chairman of Games Masters' and Mistresses' Asso ciation for Enugu Local Government area and Referee Grade III. He is inte rested in sports and games generally and in reading and discussion espe cially in current affairs. He has travel led widely in Nigeria and believes strongly that life depends on what one makes out of it. He is married.
