Chief George Akpan Udousoro, an elected member, represents Ikono Federal Constituency, Akwa Ibom State. He was born in his home town Ndot-lkpe, Akwa-lbom State, on April 17, 1948. He obtained the General Certificate of Education in 1967; Teachers' Grade Two Certificate in 1969; General Certificate of Education, Advanced Level in 1973 and LL.B (Hons) from the University of Lagos in 1977. He is a legal practitioner. Chief Udousoro was a Senior State Counsel Grade I with the Cross River State Government and Chairman of Rent Tribunal in Calabar Municipality in 1983. He retired from the state civil service in 1983. He is married with four children. His hobbies are reading, travelling and table tennis.
