Mr. Jibril Ibrahim Zarewa, an elected member, represents Karaye Federal Consti tuency, Kano State. He was born in Zarewa,in Karaye District his home town on January 5, 1955. He attended Zarewa Primary School, 1961—67; Government Secondary School, Danbatta, Kano, 1968-72 and Abdullahi Bayero College, Kano,1973—74. He obtained B.Sc. (Hons) in Political Science in 1977 and Master of Public Administration in 1981 from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is a Direc tor, Essential Services, Military Governor's Office, Kano. Alhaji Zarewa is married and has six children. His hobbies are reading and public policy analysis.
