Honourable Alhaji Mohammadu Inuwa Musa was born on 2nd January, 1934 at Kaiama, in Borgu Local Government Area. He is one of the 20 children of Alhaji Musa Abubakar, a teacher and the Madaki of Kaiama, and Hajiya Rahamatu, a housewife, who had six children. Honourable Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Musa was brought up and cared for.by an uncle who was responsible for his pleasant early life. He started the elementary school at Bussa in 1944, and moved to the llorin Middle school (now Government College) from 1944 to 1947 for his secondary school education. Hon. Musa went to the School of Pharmacy, Zaria from 1948 to 1953 and the School of Phar macy, Yaba from 1956 to 1957. He went to the Nigerian College of Arts. Science and Technology Ibadan from 1966 to 1967. He was promoted a Senior Pharmacist in the then Northern Nigerian Civil Service in 1961. As a Pharmacist he has served as a government Pharmaceutical Chemist in several medical and health institutions from 1953 to 1968. He resigned and joined a private phar maceutical establishment based in Kano in 1968 and rose to the post of Manging Director in 1974. Honourable Ahaji Muhammadu Inuwa Musa was appointed a member of the first Kwara State Health Management Board in 1978. Following the local goverment reforms in 1976, Hon Musa was appointed Supervisory Coun cillor for Finance and Agricultural Service for the Borgu Local Government from 1977 to 1979. He married former Hajiya Fatsina Muhamm ed Shera in October 1965, and they have six children. Honourable Alhaji Muhammed Inuwa Musa has visited the Republic of Benin, Niger, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Egypt and Sudan. i Among his hobbies are hockey horse-riding and travelling. Hon. Inuwa Musa belongs to the Great Nigeria Peoples Party and represents Borgu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
