Prince Peter Ekpe Atakpo, an elected member, represents Uyo III Federal Constituen cy, Akwa-lbom State. He was born in Ifiayong Usuk, Uyo on December 24, 1948. He obtained WASC in 1964, HSC in 1966, B.Sc. (Hons) in Business Administration - majoring in Marketing in 1974 and Master of Public Ad ministration in 1976 from California State University, Long Beach, California. He was a senior administrative officer in Cross River State Civil Service, Zonal Administrator, Cross River Basin Development Authority and member of the suspended Cross River State House of Assembly, from October 1, 1983-Decemb£'r30, 1983. Prince Atakpo now runs a marketing com pany of which he is the chairman and managing director. He is married with three sons. His hobbies are table tennis and football.
