Mr. Umaru Abubakar Dembo was born in 1943. He is a nominated member of the Consti tuent Assembly. He attended the College of Journalism, Fleet Street, London, (1969-1972). He is a Publisher and married with children. Mr. Dembo takes photography and table tennis as hobbies.
