Honourable Felix Eresiuba Ndukwe was born on March 2, 1931 at Lilu in the Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State. He is one of the ten children of Mr. James Ndukwe, a retired steward and now farmer at Odorji Village, Lilu. Honourable Ndukwe is a Roman Catholic. He started his elementary school at St. Charles Catholic School, Lilu from 1939 to 1942. He then went to the Holy Trinity School from 1942 to 1947. He left for the African College the following year where he obtained his Govern ment Class IV Certificate in 1951 after which he established his own private business. Since then he has been the Managing Direc tor of Ndukwe Brothers Company Nigeria Limited located at Enugu in Anambra State. Hon. Ndukwe is married to Beatrice Ijeoma Ndukwe, former Miss Beatrice Nwagu, and they have nine children. He has travelled widely in the interest of his business organisation to Austria, England and the United States. Among his many hobbies are reading and travelling. Hon. Ndukwe won his election to the House of Representatives, where he represents Ihiala Constituency, on the platform of the Nigeria Peoples Party.
