Mr. Danfulani John, an elected member representing Zing Federal Constituency of Gongola State, was born on September 29, 1950 at Zing, his home town in Gongola State. He attended St. Thomas Primary School, Zing between 1949 and 65; Villanova Secondary School, Numan, 1966—67; Government Secondary School, M'Guri, 1967-71 and the Police College, Ikeja from 1974 to 1975 for the Cadet Sub Inspector's Course. He is a farmer and trader. Mr. John was a member of Rural Electrification Board, Gongola State between 1979 and 1984 and an ex-staff of the Zing Local Government Area Health Department. He is married with four children. His hobbies are sports and travelling.
