Alhaji Olawaie Kareem Lasisi is representing Osogbo South Federal Constituency of Oyo State in the Assembly. He was born on February 20, 1939 in Osogbo, his home town in Oyo State. He obtained both the Teachers' Grades II and III Certificates in 1960 and 1965 respectively, B.A. (Hons) in 1973 and a post graduate Diploma in Education in 1979. He is now a School Principal. Alhaji Lasisi is a member of the Governing Council, Oyo State College of Education, lla- Orangun and Chairman, Board of Governors, Isiahu-Deen Grammar School, Osogbo. He is married with eight children and his hobbies are gardening and reading.
