MALAH, Alhaji Lawan

Alhaji Lawan Malah represents Konduga Federal Constituency of Borno State. He was born on September 12, 1944 in Maiduguri and hails from Dalori, in Borno State. He attended Konduga Primary School, Yerwa Junior Primary School and Yerwa Senior Primary School between 1953 and 1959. He also attended Borno Teachers' College between 1960 and 1966. In 1968, he entered Aldermaster School of Business Studies, London and graduated in 1970. Alhaji Malah, a one-time teacher, is now chairman of a company. He has also held some responsible positions such as member of Inter national Managers Associations and Director, Nigerian Mining Corporation. He is married with 14 children and his hobbies are horse riding and reading of religious texts.
