(NPP) was born in 1928 at Umuodu in Ogbaru District of Onitsha Local Government area. He holds the Stan dard Six Certificate and was the Director of Cica Niger Company in Onitsha. He is interested in tennis and swimm ing. He represents Onitsha South Constituency and is married with nine children.
