(NPP) was born on 29th November. 1927 at Amichi in Nnewi Local Government area. He represents Enugu West Constituency in the State House of Assembly. He has the First School Leaving Certificate. Before his election to the State House of Assembly, he was the Managing Director of C. To C. and Sons Limited, a prosperous trans port business operating in Enugu. His hobby is hunting and he is married with eight children.
