Alhaji Kyari Sandabe, an elected member represents Ngala East Federal Constituency, Borno State. He was born in Ngala in 1934. He began his educational career at Ngala Elementary School between 1943 and 1947. He later attended Borno Middle School from 1948 to 52; Institute of Administration, Zaria, 1960—61; University of Birmingham, UK, 1965-66 and University of Pittsburgh, USA, 1978. Alhaji Sandabe is an Executive Director (Finance), Stirling Civil Engineering (Nig.) Ltd. He retired from Borno State Civil Service as a Permanent Secretary in 1982. He is married with children. His hobby is reading.
