BA, MA, BL, Jurist barrister-at-law, Judge, High Court of Bendel State; former Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Bendel State; Born in June 1925, at Emede in Isoko Division, Bendel State; Education: Primary Schools at Patani, Ashaka, and Ase Town and passed Standard six in December 1942; Dennis Memorial Grammar School, Onitsha, (Cambridge School Certificate); obtained the B.A. degree at University College, Ibadan, in June 1954, also Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, obtained the DPA. (Diploma in Public Management) in May, 1956; also obtained the M.A. degree in May 1957; admitted into Gray’s Inn (London) in November 1951; read Law at the Inns of Court School of Law; passed the Bar Final examination In.
