He attended Offa Grammar School, Offa and London School of Journalism, where he obtained a Diploma in Journalism. He has also at tended various courses in broadcasting and public relations. Ambassador Oyeleke is a public relations consultant and was Nigeria&#8217;s Ambassador to USSR, 1980\u201483; Commissioner for Trade and Industries, Kwara State, 1970\u201472 and Head of Outside Broadcasts and Programmes, Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria. He is happily married.
