Spe cialist courses in Farm management at both the Rdyal College of Agricul ture, England (1964-65) and in the University of Pennsylvania USA 1971. Working Experience: Farm Manager 1964-69 at Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria and in the same position at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (1969-74); Federal&#8217;Depart ment of Agriculture as Principal Agricultural Officer and Head of Department &#8211; Ibadan Field Office, (1974 &#8211; December 1978 when I resigned my appointment to enter into politics).
