born at Obinagu in Udi LGA., Anambra State, on February 28,’ 1928, Education: St. Dominic’s School, Obinagu (1935) and St Thomas School Udi (1936-41); Col lege of the Immaculate Conception Enugu, 1947; passed Cambridge Sch ool Certificate in Grade I (with exemption from London Matricula tion). Qualifications: by private stu dies (mostly by postal tuition) passed Teachers Higher Elementary Certifi cate (1947), Inter. B.A. (London) 1949, and B.A. (2nd Class Honours) m 1951; LL.B. (2nd Class Hons. Upper Division) 1958; was Principal Trinity High School, Oguta; left for United Kingdom in prior to the jour ney, Jjad passed his Inter. LLB (London) in 1956. internal student in Law in the University College of Wales.
