Institute, Lon don, (by Postal tuition 1957-63) and obtained a diploma in journalism; Mr Ubani-Wokoma was a teacher at St. Mary&#8217;s School, Oturkpo in Benue State in 1946. He later joined the West African Pilot, Yaba, as an assistant editor 1952-63; Since 1964, he has been a director of I.N.C.O.
