Samaila Muhammad was born in the year 1952 at kakihum in Mariga LGA of Niger State. His educational history includes ; Kakihum Junior Primary School (1959-1962), Central Primary School Kontagora (1963-1965), Bida Teachers College, Bida(1966-1970), Advance Teachers College Sokoto(1972-1975), ABU(Kano Campus) (1976-1979), Bayero University Kano (1981-1982) and Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) Badagry 1998-1999.<br \/>\nHis experience and professional qualification includes Grade II Teachers Certificate, NCE, B.A Education ,MA Hausa and PGDPA(ASCOM) Badagry.<br \/>\nPosts held from 1971 to date span from primary school headmaster, teacher ,registrar, permanent secratary, member of several boards and educational teams .Mal samaila has authored several publications in education and has also been involved in many educational researches.
