He studied Engineering at Rivers State University of Science &#038; Technology.  Although, there was no theatre arts department at Rivers State University of Science &#038; Technology,Okay Bakassi and some other students with like minds and interests came together to form a group \u2018Theatre Kolleagues\u2019 for the purpose of acting and entertaining the university community.
