He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Zamar Entertainment and Sammie Okposo Hope Initiative. He started his career in 1992 when he joined the Nigeria Movie Industry as a Sound Track Producer and later ventured into Music Production. In the year 2000, Sammie took the African music scene to another level with the release of his debut album titled Unconditional Love with the hit track of the album \u201cWELU-WELU\u201d gaining a lot of local and international popularity that it led to Sammie being invited to perform at the Martin Luther King Day and July 4th Independence day Celebration respectively by the American Ambassador to Nigeria in 2004.  Sammie with his twelve piece band \u201cD X Generation\u201d are labeled as one of the most electrifying musicians and inspiring voices in Africa.
