He is a community organizer passionate about social reforms, nation building and community development. He also consults for corporate organizations, social enterprises, NGOs, and governmental institutions, helping develop sustainable solution-based social interventions. Otto Orondaam resigned from his job in the bank in 2012 and founded Slum2School Africa, which has grown to become one of Africa&#8217;s leading volunteer driven developmental organizations, providing education and health support for disadvantaged children in slums and remote communities.
