November 28, 1955 also known as Pepper is a Nigerian businessman and politician.<br \/>\nHe is a member of the Lagos State House of Representatives. He is the Senator-elect representing Lagos East at the 9th Nigerian National Assembly.Adebayo&#8217;s father was the Late Alhaji Rabiu Osinowo from Odo-Egbo in Ijebu Ode and his mother is Mariamo Taiwo Osinowo.<br \/>\nHe had his primary education at St. Augustin Primary School in Ijebu-Ode and his Secondary Education in Issoyin Grammar School, Isoyin.<br \/>\nOsinowo studied Building Technology at the lnstituto per Geometra, Rome, Italy. He obtained his master&#8217;s degree at Urbaniana University, Rome, Italy, where he specialised in Building Technology.<br \/>\nOsinowo began his political life in the second republic serving as a youth Chairman of the Social Democratic Party (SDP).<br \/>\nThe state Chairman was late Bashorun Moshood Kashimawo Abiola. Osinowo was a four times honorable in the Lagos State house of assembly Osinowo contested for a seat in the Lagos State House of Assembly for Kosofe constituency and won.<br \/>\nIn the February 23, 2019 Lagos East Senatorial District election, he was elected Senator, representing the Lagos East Senatorial District at the Nigerian National Assembly.<br \/>\nSikiru Adebayo Osinowo has over the years, had the following job experience:<br \/>\nLand Officer: FED. Ministry Of Works (1977-1979);<br \/>\nDirector, MIEI SRL Italy (1985-1986);<br \/>\nManaging Director, NITAL International (1986-2003);<br \/>\nManaging Director, NIMCO Construction co. Ltd (1990-2003);<br \/>\nManaging Director, EXTREME Piling and Construction Coy. Ltd (1990-2003);<br \/>\nChairman, NIMCO Dredging Coy.
