He is the author of Emmanuel Akingbala; The adventures of a Nigerian Baptist Pastor(1999); Yahyah Jammeh &#038; the Gambian Revolution, 1994-2001(2002); Idi-aba Baptist girls&#8217; school abeokuta, 1909-2009: Acentenary history(2009); Baptists of Nigeria: Their Genesis,Identity, Doctrinal beliefs and Practices(2009); and Baptist work in Nigeria, 1850-2005: Acomprehensive history (2010). Dr Ajayi is also the editor of African culture and civilization (2005).
