He also translated the Bible and the Book of Common Prayer into Yoruba in his pioneering of Christian-Muslim interactions in the Upper and Middle Niger regions. <\/p>\n<p>His parents gave him the name &#8216;Ajayi&#8217; as a symbol of importance.
