Certificate of Western Germany. x S Between 1960-62, he worked as Engineer Assistant in charge Ministry of Works, Enugu Division, responsible for supervision and survey works at s the Ekulu New Layout roads, Uwani South West Extension roads and drain ages, Uwani Real Estate Housing Scheme and staff training. He later joined the Darmstadt Municipal Council July 1966 as construction engineer, but returned to Nigerian and joined Guffanti (Nigeria) Limited Lagosin 1970.. Chief Eze acted in supervisory . capacities and site agent for the com pany in various construction sites, namely Apapafly-over, Otu Ocha-Agu- \u00bb , len ferry ramp across the Anam River, Ebocha River bridge works, oil field \u2022S3 roads and locations. Ahoada-Omoku Azumini road works. Umuahia-Port -j Harcourt Expressway, and lately site agent in charge of die Aba City Centre road reconstruction works. The new Commissioner has gained sound practical experience in civil engineering quantities, programming, control and cost accounting, in Guf fanti (Nigeria) Limited with thirteen years of sound practical engineering experience in heavy civil engineering construction industry, behind him, specializing in programming, control and cost accounting.
