He was educated at St. Peter&#8217;s Catholic School, Nnewe and Our Lady&#8217;s High School, Onitsha, at primary and secondary levels respec tively. He holds the Cambridge School Certificate with exemption from Lon- , don Matriculation. Chief Ottah whose philosophy of life is &#8220;live and let live,&#8221; worked an an Accountant with organisations like the U.A.C. of Nige ria, Calabar, Eastern Nigeria Develop ment Corporation (ENDC) and Globe Insurance Corporation of Port-Har court.
