(NPN) was born at Abor in Udi Local Government Area on December 21, 1944. He studied at St. Jude’s Secondary School, Ihiala. Hon. Oba was the supervisory council lor for Health and Agriculture for Assembly. He is interested in reading, gardening, football, chess and music.
