He is an elected member of the Constituent Assembly representing Biu South Federal Constituency of Borno State. Mr. Bwala went to Waka Secondary School, 1966-1970, where he obtained the WASC and also got a degree in Law from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria m 1976. He was called to the Nigerian Bar the following year. Mr. Bwala is a civil servant and is married with three female children.
