He is an elected member from Oju Federal Constituency, Benue State. Mr. Oga passed the Teachers&#8217; Grade II Certificate in 1963 and also obtained a B.Sc. Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1971. He was awarded M.A. Public Policy and Administration in Wisconsin in 1971. Mr. Oga was a School Headmaster between 1964 and 1966 and later became a college tutor in 1967. In 1987, he was Chairman\/Sole Administrator, Oju Local Government Council and currently is the lay President of the Benue and Abuja Diocese of Methodist Church, Nigeria. Married with eight children, his hobbies are farming, and lay preaching.
