Hon Ogba believes so much in Community Service and has committed both material resources and time to it. Within six months in office as the Transition Chairman, Prince Kennedy Ogba embarked on execution of laudable projects. He completed more than twenty landmark projects within a short period Immediately after he was sworn in, Prince Ogba addressed the Council and said: ‘Our Project Implementation process started in April 2004 after our Inauguration with Consultative Need Assessment Meetings of Community Leaders, Politicians, Workers, Traders, Women and Youths during which forty ‘people-oriented’ projects were chosen. We set 20-weeks completion target by faith. Recall that during the ‘Transition Tenure’, our 20 Projects in 20 weeks, July November 2003, which his Excellency commissioned in January, 2004 got a State Award’. Hon. Ogba is an action man who has come to serve the people and not to exploit them for personal gains.
