University of Northern Iowa, U.S.A.; University of Oregon, U.S.A.; Jackson State University; MS., U.S.A.; Missis sippi College School of Law, U.S.A. He holds B.A. (Geography and PoUti cal Science) M.A. (Political Science and History); M.Sc. (Educational Administration), Ph.D. (Political Science) J.D. (Doctor of Jurispru dence). He was a primary scholl tea cher and headmaster of schools 1946- 63; research fellow, University of Oregon, 1969; consultant, Black Stu dies programme L.C.C. Oregon; teach ing fellow, University of Oregon, 1970; assistant professor of political science, 1971-72; associate professor of poUtical science 1972-77; senior education officer, 1977-78. He belie ves that nothing comes for nothing.
