UZOMA, Hon Nkem Abonta

He was born in Akwete in the Ukwa East Local Government Area of Abia State on January 18, 1962. Young Uzoma had his primary school education at St. Raphael School, Obehie (now known as Central School Obehie), between 1970 and 1974 before proceeding for his sec­ondary education at Stella Maris College Port Harcourt, Rivers State between 1974 and 1979 where he obtained his West Af­rican School Certificate. Moving forward, he obtained his Higher School Certificate (A ‘levels) from the School of Basic Stud­ies Port Harcourt, between 1980 and 1982. Subsequently, he enrolled at the Uni­versity Of Jos, between 1984 and 1988, bagging his Degree in Bachelor of Law. Thereafter he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos for his Barrister-at-Law (BL) Degree and subsequently was called to Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
