Biography Entry: NORTHERN AND NIGERIAN COMMISSIONER IN THE UK Abdulmalik Atta was born in 1906in Okene into the Ebira royalty, the eldest son of theAttah Ibrahim. Atta Ibrahim was known to have the love of good educationfor his children.
