Commis sioner for Education in Gongola State hails from Lamorde in Mubi Local Government Area was born in 1941. He had his early education at Lamorde Elementary School from 1942-52 from where he proceeded to Yola Middle School the following year 1953 and completed in 1961. In 1962 he gained admission to Kaduna Tech nical Institute where he finished in , 1964 after obtaining his City and Guilds (Ordinary Diploma) in Civil ~0 Engineering. From 1970-72 he atten ded Kaduna Polytechnic for his Higher , Diploma in Civil, Building and Irriga tion Engineering.
