FOREMOST OPINION LEADER Alhaji Umaru Dikko was bom on the3f December 1936 in Kaduna. He attendedKaduna Ekmentay Schoolfrom 1946to 1948, ZariaMiddkSchool, 1948 to 1949, Barewa Colkge Zaria 1949to 1954, Nigerian Colkge ofArts, ScienceandTechnokgy Zaria 1954 1958 andthe University of London UK1959 to 1965.
