opportunities to demonstrate his innate high leadership qualities and management skills. He had been and still a member of several University Committees which he has leveraged upon to better understanding of University systems and governance. He has to his credit, over twenty-six publications; books and articles published in national and international journals. The various trainings and exposures have well-endowed him and engendered his interest in the application of Information Technology to Library Services. He developed competencies in a wide and varied forms of Library Management Systems particularly TINLIB, Graphical Library Automation Systems (GLAS), Millennium, KOHA, Greenstone, Alice, X-Lib, eGranary, My-i-Library etc. His current area of interest is Information Retrieval Systems and Accessibility. Dr. Adediji enjoys travelling and meeting with people.
