ALIYU, Alh Isa

was born in 1940 at Makarfi, Kaduna State. He was elected into the House of Representatives on the platform of the Peoples Redemption Party, and represents Makarfi Constituency, Kaduna State. Alhaji Isa Aliyu started his elementary school at the Makarfi Primary School in 1946. He went to the Zaria Provincial Secondary School from 1951 to 1953 and finally attended the Katsina Teachers' College from 1954 to 1956. He taught for a number of years before joining the United Africa Company. After some years of business experience, he moved to Singers Nigeria Limited where he was a Manager from 1966 — 1969. Later he went to work with the Hardware Industries (U.T.C.) from 1972 to 1979 as a Sales Executive for the northern district. Alhaji Isa Aliyu is married and has five children. He has travelled to the Niger Republic and Saudi Arabia. Among his hobbies are politics, and current affairs. He also likes travelling. He is one of the 26 children of the late Mallam Aliyu Liman. His mother Habiba Aliyu Beleji had eight children.
