Vice Chairman, AbujaChamberof Commerce and Industry Director/Research Fellow in the Presidency responsible for Utilities. Publications He has several publications to his credit. His experience covers all aspects ofLaw relating to banking and finance with apenchant for equipment leasing and commercial hiring; mergers and acquisitions, security documentation and perfection; commercial lending and project funding, crossborder financing and syndicated loans; asset realization and debt recovery; telecommunications and private telecommunications organisations (PTO) matters; electricity power and independent power producers (1PP) matters; commercialization and privatization.
