Political Affiliation and Administrative Responsibilities lie matured fast in the intricaciesof party politics and began to turn events over. Hisadministrative skill grew by leap and bounds and he began to effect significant changes that were largely responsible for the solid foundation laid in the state for the rapid transformation ofthe economy ofthe state which Ebonyi is currently experiencing in recognition of his immense contribution within the space of few years. HonAro was appointed Commissioner. Ebonyi Independent Electoral Commission. In ihe new position, again, he demonstrated a pragmatic administrative skill usually associated with dependable personalities. His show of brillianceand dynamism in the job brought about the harvest of democratic dividends presently shaking the fabrics of growth in Ebonyi Stale. The opportunity for wider service came when he contested for the seat of Ohaozara Onicha/Ivo Federal Constituency seat at the Federal Flouse of Assembly. He won the election. He moved up to Abuja and competently got acquainted with events and proceedings at Ihe National Assembly. There al the National Assembly. lion Aro's legislative interest hinges on the Federal Capital Territory which to him requires a rapid transformation and reformation because ofthe rot that had existed there over the years. To him. the Federal Capital Territory should be a place that should give to all Nigerians a sense of responsibility, duty and joy. In the lower chamber ofthe House, he also hopes to achieve the capability to sponsor bills. This has already come on stream as he had indeed sponsored numerous Bills that were hotly debated and contributed to many others signed and about to be into Law. Hon Aro is a philanthropist and has demonstrated this with honest earnedmoneyand gifts. He is a clean and honestman who has sponsored a numberof peopleand projects at the grassroots with hard-earned money.
