(Lagos Central II) is an honourably member of the Lagos State House of Assembly. Was bom on the 9th January, 1936. He is aTrade Unionist. He had his government class four and acertificate in Trade Union Education. Mr. Balogun is aretired Senior Industrial Wel fare Officer with the Civil Service. He was also the former deputy vice president of the NPA Workers Union. Mr. Balogun had his trade union edu cation locally and abroad. He is mar ried with six children.
