Minister in the Ministry of Edu cation, was born at Usi-Ekiti, Ondo State on June 24th, 1929. He holds the Diploma and Certificates in Management of a number cf British Institutions including that of the Leicester Advanced College of Arts and Technology. He was a Parlia mentary Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Education in 1965 and Chairman of the Federal Scholar ship Board. He is married and has four children.
