The thrust ofthe policyis equally lo build up local capacity for the sector, which is at present the life wire ofthe economy. Available records show that Nigeria receives over 90%of her Foreign Exchange from Oil and75%of her National Revenue; MrEmmanuel Chiejina is a key player in this regard.
