(NPP), was born on 20th January, 1939 at Mmahu Egbema in Ohaji/ Egbema/Oguta Local Government Area. He was educated at the Sacred Heart Primary School, Oguta, P.T.C. Ozuoba, Port Harcourt; St. Joseph's Teacher Training CoUege, Eche; Morn ing Star. T.T.C. Egbema. Mr. Chima okwu has 20 years' teaching expe rience. He was the chairman of Ohaji/ Egbema/Oguta Local Government Council. Due to his outstanding qua lities of leadership, he was conferred the title of Olu-Otu of Egbema bythe Nze Obi of Egbema Eze S. N. Uzo. By this title Mr. Chimaokwu becomes a palace Chief in Nze Obi's palace. He is interested in the game of football and lawn-tennis. He is married and has nine children.
