Minister of Transport, was bom on 31st Decem ber, 1936 in Kaduna State. He atten ded the Barewa College, Zaria from 1949 to 1954, Nigerian College of Arts, Science and Technology, Zaria from 1954 to 1958 and the Univer sity of London where he obtained his B.Sc. degree in 1965. He served as Commissioner for Finance, North Central State, from 1967 to 1972 and Commissioner for Information from 1972 to 1975. Dr. Dikko is ma rried and has four children.
