● Bagged a 1st Class Degree in Economics in the University of Calabar, Calabar in 1981, and emerged the 1981 Valedictorian.
● Obtained M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos, Lagos in 1986.
● Obtained PhD in Management Science in 2003 at St. Clement University, British West Indies.

The marriage has produced Enoima Emmanuel Abraham (PhD, Accounting and Corporate Governance, Buckingham University, (UK), Etimbuk Emmanuel Abraham, (PhD, Power Systems Engineering, Manchester University, (UK) and Dr. Utip Emmanuel Abraham (MBBCH), KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana.
He has received over 40 awards and honours spanning through academics, entrepreneurship, career counselling, mentorship, statesmanship, corporate, religious and social circles.
● He is a devoted Christian and the Chairman of his Church Project Committee, Faith Tabernacle Congregation, Eka Uruk Eshiet.
● He is a stickler for academic excellence and believes in meritorious achievements.
● He is physically and mentally strong. He loves to play badminton. He also has deep interest in photography and travelling.
● He has travelled far and wide and amassed knowledge and experiences from all the continents except the Antarctica and Australia.
● He speaks English and Efik excellently and communicates fairly in German, French and Yoruba languages.
● He is a philanthropist par excellence. He had long established and sustained a primary school in Mkpatak Community since 1990. The school was tuition free for all children while staff welfare and the running of the school were catered for by him. The school was recently taken over in 2013 by the Akwa Ibom State Government on the platform of free and compulsory education and rebranded Model Migrant Primary and Secondary Schools respectively.
● He runs an on-going E. T. Abraham scholarship programme for children of Mkpatak Community in Topfaith International Secondary School and in Tertiary Institutions.
● He is an erudite writer and a commentator on economic, management and financial affairs.
● He is a motivational speaker with special emphasis on entrepreneurial development, strategic management, quality assurance and leadership.
● He has presented several keynote addresses and anchored several professional and occupational training programmes nationwide.
