Mr. Goddis Ellis-Dokubo is an elected member of the Assembly, representing Degema I Federal Constituency. He was born in his home town, Abalama-Degema, Rivers State on October 31, 1934. He was an Assistant Superintendent of Police before he retired from the Force. He subsequently read Law in 1986 and is now a private legal practitioner. Mr. Ellis Dokubo is married and blessed with nine children. His hobbies are community development and reading.
