Federal Ministry of National Planning. 1972-1978 • Rose to the rank of the Director. National Transport Co-ordinating Commission. 1978-1982 • Chairman. Productivity. Price and Incomes Board. 1982-1983 • A Former Permanent Secretary. Ministry ol" Employment.
